Make a Payment or Deposit
We accept credit card and echeck payments as a courtesy to our clients. You will incur a 2% convenience fee charge for every credit card or echeck transaction.

LawPay utilizes the latest security protocols to ensure that your credit card transactions are safe and secure.
Pay an Invoice
You should only make an invoice payment if you are paying the amount shown on a formal invoice from Simms Showers LLP.
Pay Your Upfront Retainer (Make an Advance Deposit to Our Client Trust Account)
It is important to note the following:
1. A retainer payment (an advance deposit to our client trust account) DOES NOT secure legal representation. You must be in possession of an engagement letter executed by a lawyer of Simms Showers LLP.
2. It is of the utmost importance that retainer payments (advance deposits) be made into the proper state IOLTA trust account. If you are unsure which link to use please contact your attorney.
